  • Modelle der fetalen Fehl- und Mangelernährung, der pränatalen Glukokortikoidgabe zur Förderung der Lungenreifung sowie Hypoxiemodelle (repetitive Nabelschnurokklusion und hypoxische Hypoxie am fetalen Schaf, neonatale Hypoxie und MCAO (Fadenmodell) bei der Ratte)
  • Myografie von Widerstandsgefäßen, immunhistochemische und molekularbiologische Methoden
  • Standardisierte Verhaltenstests bei der Ratte
  • Intrauterine Hirndurchblutungsmessung mit Mikrosphären und Laser-Doppler-Flowmetrie
